Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all appointments, sessions, events, and services booked through this website. By making a booking, submitting payment, or participating in any session, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Services may include one-on-one sessions, group sessions, workshops, or online events. All services are for personal development, relaxation, and self-exploration.
They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.
You agree to seek appropriate professional support where needed.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book or attend a session, unless written parental/guardian consent is provided.
3. Booking & Payment
All sessions must be booked through the designated online booking system.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless noted.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
By booking, you agree to the following:
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours), no-shows, and missed online events are non-refundable.
Arriving 15 minutes late or more may be considered a no-show.
Refunds will be provided where required by Alberta consumer-protection laws.
In case of emergency or illness, alternative arrangements may be offered at our discretion.
A detailed, standalone cancellation policy is also provided and applies to all bookings.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Arrive on time and in a condition suitable for a session.
Participate responsibly and communicate honestly.
Notify the practitioner of any concerns that may affect your session.
Refrain from attending under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed substances.
The practitioner reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session if safety, comfort, or appropriate boundaries cannot be maintained.
6. Practitioner Responsibilities
The practitioner agrees to:
Provide services with care, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
Maintain privacy and confidentiality within legal limits.
Provide clear information about scheduling, pricing, and policies.
Offer services within the scope of their training.
7. Confidentiality & Privacy
All personal information is kept confidential except:
When required by law (e.g., risk of harm, court order), or
When you provide written consent.
Digital communications, online sessions, and electronic record-keeping follow reasonable security practices, but confidentiality cannot be absolutely guaranteed for internet-based interactions.
A separate Privacy Policy may also be provided.
8. Online & Remote Sessions
For online appointments, you are responsible for:
Ensuring a stable internet connection,
Providing a private, safe, and quiet environment,
Using a device capable of audio/video communication.
Technical issues that arise on your end may lead to a shortened session without refund.
9. Results & Outcomes
Hypnosis, regression, and related modalities are highly individual experiences.
No specific outcome, prediction, or effect is guaranteed.
You are solely responsible for your choices, actions, and interpretations following a session.
10. Intellectual Property
All written materials, recordings, exercises, and teachings provided remain the intellectual property of the practitioner unless explicitly stated otherwise.
You may not record, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Alberta law, the practitioner is not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
Decisions you make based on sessions,
Outcomes from participating in sessions, or
Interruptions caused by technical issues or factors beyond reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms overrides your rights under the Alberta Consumer Protection Act.
12. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. The version posted on this website is the most current and applies to all future bookings.
