Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy (Alberta) By booking a session or group event, you agree to the following terms: 1. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. 2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. Arriving 15 minutes late or more may be treated as a no-show. 3. Refunds Fees for late cancellations, no-shows, or missed online events are non-refundable, except where required by Alberta law. 4. Online / Prepaid Bookings Full session details and this policy are provided before payment. By completing your booking, you confirm you have reviewed and accepted these terms. 5. Exceptional Circumstances If an emergency or illness arises, please contact us. Alternative arrangements may be offered at our discretion.
